SpiritualCut sells digital products (spiritual reel video bundles delivered via download / Google Drive link). Because of the nature of digital goods, our return rules differ from physical products.
1. Nature of Products
All purchases are for digital content. Once access / Drive link is delivered to your registered email, the product is considered delivered.
2. Returns (Digital Goods)
- We do not accept returns of digital reel packs after the download link has been sent and accessed.
- There is no physical item to ship back.
- If you ordered the wrong bundle by mistake and have not yet received or opened the delivery link, contact us immediately — we may help switch you to the correct package where possible.
3. Defective or Incomplete Delivery
If files are corrupted, incomplete, or the Drive link does not work, this is treated as a fulfillment issue, not a standard return. We will:
- Re-send a working download link, or
- Replace missing / corrupted files at no extra cost
